Texture not good - doesn't match label

I have found Gymboree quality to be inconsistent in the past year. These pants are a good example. The tag says it's a cotton blend but they feel like almost all polyester/spandex. Not enough cotton. I think they should check with their manufacturer on these. Because I have other pants that say the same blend and they are much softer and cottony. I've had this happen numerous times and even showed the store manager who agreed the quality was not consistent.
