beautiful, thinner than a winter parka

Super adorable and dressy. I purchased this because my daughter needed a winter coat. She is 4 years old and insisted on keeping this. I had no other choice because I could not find one that was thicker for our ontario cold winters. She also insists it is warm, but I really am not sure. She loves it so much, not sure if she is telling the truth. Typically I buy something a LOT warmer and thicker. She may be right, I don't know.
