Once again, too small

I love these. But once again I ordered matching their measurements to the size chart allowing a bit of room for movement. The younger girl cannot get them above her thighs and the older girl's are too large in the waist and about right in the legs. I love the clothes from The Children's Place but, honestly, most of the time the sizes are off for my granddaughters. The quality and appearance are spot on.
