Great school uniform shorts

High quality and comfortable. We use it as part of a school uniform and this pair of shorts is better than some other brands we have tried. Especially when on deep discount during particular sales, it's the best deal out there for what you get. My son is very slender so we size way down for shorts. He feels comfortable in a size 8, even though he is a petite and skinny 11 year old.

Shrank after washing. Not true to size.

They were a nice pair of dress shorts when they fit. My son only got to wear these twice before they shrank in the wash. These run small and the material is real stiff not soft. I would definitely size up. He is 8 and I have noticed the last two orders of clothes from Children's Place have ran small. Not like it used to be when the clothes were true to size or had room to grow. Before I would have to pull the waist band together to button for the shorts and pants to fit, because they were too big. Now I have to loosen the waste band so they fit before wearing.

Loved these for my son. I love the stain and wrinkle resistant material. Durable. Lasted the whole year. My son out grew them before destroying them. How clothes for kids should be made.
