Damaged shorts

I bought 7 of these shorts for my kids then bought another 6 for my nephews however upon receiving the package, one bag was cut with a sharp object which also cut into one of the shorts so I ended up with one being damaged. Material was also very thin and not what I had expected or purchased in the past.
